Limoni provides a technology platform that connects users with independent third-party providers of transportation services. We are not a transportation carrier.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation fees may apply depending on when you cancel your reservation relative to the scheduled pickup time.

5. Conduct

You agree to treat drivers and other users with respect. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.

6. Liability

Limoni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
